Epic Fitness Raises Funds for Salem Fire Foundation
Local South Salem business, Epic Fitness made the Salem Fire Foundation the beneficiary of its Member Appreciation Month events.
General Manager Michele Vanderyacht told her club members, “The totals are in! Because of people like you, we were able to raise $1,372.53 for the Salem Fire Foundation. Thank you to all who participated either in the raffle, fitness competitions, Krav Maga Salem Self-defense class or the auctions. South Salem Ace Hardware donated a barbecue for a raffle. Our trainer Jared was auctioned off for 2 hours at $225.00 and Sheena from Krav Maga was auctioned off at $80 for one hour of her time.”
SFF Executive Director, Mary Louise VanNatta said, “It’s businesses like Epic and Ace Hardware who really make a difference in our community.”
SFF welcomes the community to get involved to help them raise money for CPR training and AED donations in Salem.
