A message from Drew Rivera, Salem Fire Department Health and Wellness Committee Chair:

First, I would personally like to thank everyone for making this competition happen. As many of

you may have heard, this year’s competition included a large fundraising portion. All funds raised are being donated to the West Salem High School Fire/EMS Competition Skills team to assist in sending them back to Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia. The team received 1^st Place honors in 2022, and we are proud to say that we were able to raise over $5,000.00 for their team. This could not have happened without the support of The Salem Fire Foundation, and we would like to extend our gratitude to them for not only supporting this event but the Salem Fire Department in all facets. THANK YOU!
