Pacific Landscape Management’s Matt Henscheid Elected to Board of Directors
The Salem Fire Foundation (SFF) is excited to announce the election of Matt Henscheid, Business Development Manager at Pacific Landscape Management, to its Board of Directors. Matt’s diverse experience in the Salem area, spanning his current position at Pacific Landscape Management and previous roles in the insurance and financial sectors, provides him with a deep understanding of the local business landscape and the community’s needs.
“My ability to connect with people and build long-lasting relationships is one of my greatest strengths,” says Matt. “I’m passionate about simplifying complex problems, building strategic partnerships, and turning ideas into actionable results.”
Matt has been in the business development industry since 2010, holding numerous leadership positions. At State Farm, he managed his own agency, where he was responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring a successful team. He also has a history of working with community-focused organizations, including the Oregon Anti-Crime Alliance, where he served as Communications and Marketing Director, and the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce.
Matt is an Oregon State University alumnus (Go Beavers!), having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication. Pacific Landscape Management contributes to Oregon State University’s Dam Proud Day through donation matches and public promotion, further reinforcing a culture of giving.
“I am deeply committed to community service and believe in the power of local organizations to make a meaningful impact,” says Matt. “I’m here to roll up my sleeves, bring new energy, and be a resource the Foundation can count on to get things done with heart and purpose.”
