Tracy Belle: Leading the Salem Fire Foundation into 2025
The Salem Fire Foundation (SFF) is excited to announce that Tracy Belle, a longtime board member and passionate community advocate, is stepping into the role of President for 2025. Tracy Belle, CDLP, for over 20 years has built a career in the financial industry, bridging the gap between Wall Street and Main Street. With a deep passion for helping others navigate the complexities of finance, Tracy provides guidance in everything from mortgages to financial education. Known by colleagues and professional partners as the fixer and the Swiss Army knife of finance, Tracy takes a comprehensive approach to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Education is at the core of Tracy’s work. Clients are empowered with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions because, as Tracy believes, people don’t care what you know until they know how much you care. This client-first philosophy ensures that every interaction is built on trust, integrity, and a genuine desire to help. She brings that same dedication and problem-solving mindset to her work with SFF.
Tracy understands the importance of support systems—both in finance through education and in public safety. She has a strong background in leadership, fundraising, and community outreach, making her a perfect fit to lead the Foundation as it continues its mission to support Salem’s first responders and enhance public safety initiatives.
As President, Tracy is focused on growing the Foundation’s impact, strengthening fundraising efforts to better support our Fire Fighters, Dispatchers, and Emergency Medical Services. She’s committed to making sure SFF remains a strong, sustainable resource for Salem’s fire service professionals for years to come.
Tracy’s dedication to ethical standards, professional growth, and community involvement has been a driving force throughout a long career. With extensive experience in real estate and finance, the focus has always been on people and their aspirations, not just transactions. Beyond her professional life, Tracy is deeply involved in the Salem community. She’s an active member of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Oregon Association of Licensed Investigators, and the National Divorce Lending Association. Her passion for giving back shines through in every aspect of her work.
