Vlach-Ing and Franke Elected to Salem Fire Foundation Board

Attorney Michelle Vlach-Ing has been elected to the Salem Fire Foundation Board. She has almost 20 years’ experience in the legal profession and over 10 years’ experience as an attorney in the private practice of law in Oregon. Vlach-Ing is an arbitrator in Marion and Multnomah counties and is on the court-appointed panels for domestic relations mediator in Marion and Polk counties. She is a volunteer mediator with Neighbor to Neighbor and serves as an Elected Delegate to the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates. When not working, you can find her hiking, camping and traveling. She also tutors and mentors law students attending Willamette University. Vlach-Ing will work on the Foundation’s strategic professional partnerships.

 

 

Josh Franke, Salem Health’s Cardiac and Sleep Center operations manager, has been elected to the Salem Fire Foundation board. Franke has extensive knowledge of project management and years of experience in organizing and leading work teams. Franke was born in Salem, and has spent much of his life living here with his wife Ashley, and two daughters, Lucy and Rose. Franke will be leading the Foundation’s AED (automatic external defibrillator) acquisition and placement program.
